Ashley started Uncomplicate Ed after being a teacher, instructional coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal, oh, and a professional actress for a spell. With over 20 years in education and leadership, she is honored to lead this team in the great work of uncomplicating education.

Now a Floridian, he lives in Jacksonville with his wife and in close proximity to his granddaughter and granddog. Jim is thrilled to be part of the Uncomplicate Ed team.
