Our story began with a desire to make education accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or location. Ashley started Uncomplicate Ed after being a teacher, instructional coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal, oh, and a professional actress for a spell. With over 20 years in education and leadership, she is honored to lead this team in the great work of uncomplicating education.

Jim comes to Uncomplicate Ed with over 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics. This original Tennessean graduated from the University of Memphis (ak Memphis State). Now a Floridian, he lives in Jacksonville with his wife and in close proximity to his granddaughter and granddog. Jim is thrilled to be part of the Uncomplicate Ed team.
