We have a thorough hiring process to ensure the best fit for both the candidate and our team. Applications are open from January 1 to January 31, and all applicants will be contacted by February 7 regarding the next steps. The entire process may take several weeks as we carefully evaluate candidates across multiple phases. We anticipate sending offers to selected candidates by March. 

The start dates for these roles are flexible. We understand that some educators may need to finish the school year before transitioning. We’ve backward-planned to accommodate these timelines and will work with selected candidates to determine the best start date. 

Yes, you can apply for both roles if you believe you’re a good fit for each. Please complete a separate application for each position to ensure your qualifications are evaluated appropriately. 

•  For the Professional Learning Facilitator role, we require at least two years of teaching experience, with instructional coaching experience highly desired.
• For the Grants and Legislative Support Specialist role, we require at least three years of experience in grant research, proposal development, or related fields.

 Yes, both roles offer remote work flexibility when not traveling. However:

• For the Professional Learning Facilitator role, candidates must reside in Florida, with preference for those in Central, West, or South Florida.
• For the Grants and Legislative Support Specialist role, candidates can reside anywhere in the United States, though Florida is preferred.

 Our hiring process is designed to thoroughly evaluate candidates’ skills, values, and fit with our team. It includes three phases:

• Phase 1: Application and initial screening (resume and personal statement).
• Phase 2: Skills demonstration and reflection (assignments and video submissions).
• Phase 3: Interview and final presentation (live virtual session).

Yes, all applicants will be contacted regarding the outcome of their application, whether or not they are selected for the next phase.
