July: The Do's and Don't's of Back to School
What are some effective ways to set the tone for the school year? What should be avoided at all costs? We'll share do's and don'ts for starting the year off strong.
September: Uncomplicating PM1
Together, we'll look at the essential reports for Florida principals regarding FAST PM1. We will also share tips for how to plan with the data and lead your team through analysis and action.
October: Curbing Dark-Tober Vibes
October, or as Ashley lovingly called it at her school, Darktober, can be a challenging time in terms of culture. We'll share tips for keeping a pep in everyone's step during this long month.
January: Uncomplicating PM2
It's crunch time. Half the year is behind you, and often, this is when we really feel the crunch. We'll discuss action planning to make your Semester 2 even stronger than your Semester 1.
February: The Longest Shortest Month Ever
Why does this month feel so long? We'll revisit climate and culture and provide tips and resources for shaking up the positivity to reenergize your staff.
April: Testing Culture
How the leader leads through "testing season" sets the tone for the entire school. This workshop will provide principals with the do's and do n'ts of testing season.
June: Uncomplicating School Grade (and PM3)
It's done. You made it. Now what? What do you do with the testing information you have? What should reflect on and what should you put behind you? We'll wrap up the year with reflections and directions.

Do I have to register in order to join the free Facebook group?
Yes, you must register on this site in order to be approved in the group. Why? We want to ensure the group is for principals only (no scammers). By registering, we can be sure the group has only principals, only female, and only in Florida.
What if I'm unsure of which journey I want when I register?
No problem, you can start at the free level and upgrade at any time.
Can I sign up for just one semester?
Sure! Maybe you want to try it out in the fall and see how it goes. Or maybe the fall is too hectic, and you just want it for the spring. Either way, we got you.
How does payment work?
We'll email you an invoice at the beginning of each semester for half of the amount due. You can pay via credit card, check, or ACH. If you wish to pay the full year at once, we can do that too.
Can I use Title funds to help pay for this?
This is a professional learning opportunity for you, so it would qualify for Title II grants. However, each district has its own policies, and you will need to check with them to be sure.
Why is the Going Beyond journey limited to ten people?
We want to be able to ensure we can provide the needed attention and coaching to those who want to "go beyond." As this is our launch year, we want to ensure this quality by keeping the numbers low.
Can I purchase sessions a la carte?
Sure! Maybe you want to add to a VIP session or have just one coaching call or have us come out for one visit. Prices will vary depending on your current journey. Just reach out to us so we can chat.

Ashley started Uncomplicate Ed after being a teacher, instructional coach, Assistant Principal, and Principal, oh, and a professional actress for a spell. With over 20 years in education and leadership, she is honored to lead this team in the great work of uncomplicating education.
